Comprehensive privacy notice

This notice is issued in accordance with the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties published in the Official Gazette of the Federation (Diario Oficial de la Federación) on March 20, 2025 (LFPDPPP) and applies to the personal data collected through the website discoderuptura.com.

1. Identity and address of the data controller

P&V Control Devices S. de R.L. de C.V. (hereinafter, "P&V Control Devices"), with address at República de El Salvador 114-2, Col. Centro, Cuauhtémoc, 06000 Mexico City, CDMX, Mexico, is responsible for the processing of your personal data.

2. Personal data we process

Through this site we may process the following categories of data:

• Identification and contact data that you voluntarily provide in the contact form: name, phone, email and the content of your comments.
• Data you decide to share when writing to us by email, telephone or WhatsApp (for example, company, position or technical data of your application).
• Technical browsing data: IP address, page visited, date and time of the visit and device type, which the site records automatically for statistical and security purposes.

We do not collect sensitive personal data or financial or asset data through this site. We ask that you do not include this type of information in the form or in your messages.

3. Purposes of processing

Necessary purposes (arising from the relationship you initiate with us and not requiring your additional consent):

• Attend to and follow up on your questions, technical information requests or quote requests.
• Contact you through the means you have indicated in order to respond to your request.
• Maintain site security and prevent automated sending of unwanted messages (spam).

Purposes that require your consent (not necessary to handle your request):

• Send you technical or commercial information about products and services related to pressure relief devices.
• Compile statistics to improve the site's content.

If you do not want your data to be processed for these purposes, you may say so at any time by writing to administracion@pvcontrol.com.mx. Your refusal will not affect the handling of your request.

4. Transfers and processors

P&V Control Devices does not sell or transfer your personal data to third parties. Your data may only be disclosed to third parties in the cases that the LFPDPPP allows without the need for consent, for example, when required by law or by a competent authority.

To operate the site we use service providers (for example, web hosting and email) who process data solely on behalf of P&V Control Devices, as processors and in accordance with our instructions.

5. Means to limit the use or disclosure of your data

You may request that we limit the use or disclosure of your data, for example, to stop receiving communications, by sending an email to administracion@pvcontrol.com.mx with the subject "Limitation of data use".

6. ARCO rights: access, rectification, cancellation and opposition

You have the right to access your personal data, rectify it if it is inaccurate or incomplete, cancel it when you consider it is not required for the stated purposes, and object to its processing for specific purposes.

To exercise any of these rights, send a request to administracion@pvcontrol.com.mx that includes:

1. Your name and a way to send you the answer.
2. Documents proving your identity or, where applicable, the legal representation of the person acting on your behalf.
3. The right you wish to exercise and a clear description of the personal data concerned.
4. Any other element that helps locate your data.

We will respond within a maximum of 20 days from receipt of your request and, if applicable, we will carry it out within 15 days following the date of the response, in accordance with the LFPDPPP. Exercising ARCO rights is free of charge; only the shipping or reproduction costs permitted by law may apply.

7. Revocation of consent

You may revoke at any time the consent you have given us for the processing of your data, following the same procedure described for ARCO rights. Revocation will not have retroactive effects and, in some cases, we will not be able to process it immediately when there is a legal obligation to retain certain data.

8. Cookies and other technologies

This site uses:

• A technical session cookie (PHPSESSID), necessary for the site to function and to remember that you closed the cookie notice. It is deleted when you close the browser.
• Our own visit log that stores the IP address, the page visited, the date and the device type, for statistical and security purposes.

The site does not use advertising cookies. Some style sheets, fonts and libraries are loaded from external content delivery services, which may receive technical data from your connection (such as the IP address) in accordance with their own policies. Links to WhatsApp take you to a third-party service subject to its own privacy notice.

You can block or delete cookies from your browser settings; if you do, some site functions may not work properly.

9. Changes to this privacy notice

This notice may be modified due to legal changes, our own needs or changes in the site's services. Any modification will be published on this same page (discoderuptura.com/aviso-de-privacidad.html) indicating the date of the last update.

10. Authority

If you consider that your right to the protection of personal data has been violated, you may go to the competent authority in the matter, which under the current LFPDPPP is the Secretaría Anticorrupción y Buen Gobierno.
